Day Trips – Students

Along with field schools for students, there are also student day trips to the park. Graduate students awarded the Rubinoff Scholarship are invited to park for a tour. 

It is possible for trips to be coordinated for other interested students. Please contact jrsppc@uvic.ca for inquiries. 

Day Trips – Faculty

During the year, there are some coordinated day trips to Hornby for Fine Arts faculty. This is a great opportunity for UVic faculty to experience the park in a group setting that works with everyone’s busy schedules.

Student Awards Event

To honour the recipients of the Rubinoff Graduate Scholarship, there is an annual gathering of the students, donors, and faculty. It’s a fun night where the students are able to meet each other, the Rubinoff donors, and share their work and stories.
